Hiya, today I have a card made using two great stamp and die sets from Altenew – watercolour wonders and mega greetings.

It is one of those cards that at first glance looks quite complicated I think but actually is not that hard to make and you end up with a fantastic illusion effect card.

So as I mention in this video this card was inspired heavily by one I saw on the Altenew blog. I don’t often use cards I see so directly, however in this case you will see it is almost the same as I really liked what I saw and really wanted to replicate this card.

  1. Love your card. Was curious as to which Altenew colors you used for your design. I have a lot of them, so just wondered. I am also the same about forgetting that the colors are not as bright when they dry. I tend to go for a pastel look and then I pick too dark of a green. Actually green is my favorite color. I love moss and Ferns as well. I collect the Altenew mini cubes rather than the larger pads.
