Hiya, today is the first of my Throwback Thursday Video Series #TBT. I thought it would be fun to create a series that would revisit some of the old videos on my channel, with corresponding blog posts and photos to add a little extra to the view. In thinking about this I kept coming back to the Twitter and Instagram phenomena of posting old photos etc on a Thursday – don’t ask me why it was a Thursday I have no idea other than it kinda rhymes nicely with Throwback lol! So each month, around the middle Thursday I will post on here a #TBT Throwback Thursday Video and corresponding blog post and photos. I hope this will prove a nice opportunity for newer subscribers to see these older videos and for long term subbies to take another look. If you have any favourites you would like to revisit then please do make your requests. No today I have picked a Cricut card using the gorgeous Cricut Pagoda cartridge. This cartridge always has proved a difficult cartridge for me to get inspired by for some reason and yet I always love work I see made using it. I used the gorgeous Basic Grey paper, some hunky-dory card – note that this was not the new adorable scrabble hunky-dory card so you may see some cracking at the side on the crease of the card, this is why they had to redevelop it. And of course I used a few finishing touches of Anna Griffin – the ribbon and the stamp. First we have the video explaining about the new Throwback Thursday Series and then the actual #TBT video, followed by the photos.

Now for the photos and don’t forget that you can click on them to make them larger etc:-
I hope you liked the card and the video and I hope you like the idea of this new series, do tell me what you think and as I said above if you have any thing you would like to see as well, So for now have a great craft day,
I really like this card Amanda!
thank you, it caused me a lot of grief trying to work a card out for this cart, no idea why but just had a block. Oh and thank you for commenting on here – I prefer it to on youtube 🙂
Amanda
I love your nesting doll. when you’re on you’re really on. the papers are so beautiful in color and texture also design. The ribbon just tied it all together. It is so pretty. Truly I love your beautiful cards. Only one thing missing. A bit of glitter. LOL. I also loved your putting in your own little flowers too. love the glitz and glitter on your cards and find it adds so much even with a tiny bit. Keep doing your great cards Amanda You have a style all your own..love it.

thank you so much for your lovely comments Pat, and yes I think a bit of glitter should of gone on this card – ahh why didn’t I think of that lol! I haven’t got the card anymore as it sold so I can’t even sneakily add some glitz to it 🙂
