So its been a while since we did a Bake Date video so I thought it would be fun to show you my yummy easy peasy vegetable lasagne.
As with all my easy peasy recipes it is also easy to make a little more of it if you want. For eg where for some of the vegetables were frozen you could use fresh. You could also make your own white sauce rather than a purchased jar. But the point of these recipes is for quick and easy food that can also be stored in the freezer for later use which is even more of an added benefit.
