Hiya, today I have for you a card made from products from the gorgeous Hunkydory. This is Vintage Chic, not Shabby Chic, card that will work equally well for a man or a woman. In this particular case it was sent to a guy who was really into Bicycles and vintage memorabilia.
So for this card I started with an A4 piece of Adorable Scorable Hunkydory card in a steel grey kind of colour. Unusually for me I scored and folded it with the colour on the outside to make an A5 portrait card base. I then took a piece of the patterned card and cut it to slightly smaller than the front of the card and glued it down. Next I grabbed various elements, borders and little topper pieces and arranged and stuck them to the front of my card. What I often do when making a card like this where there are a lot of elements, is I take a photo of it after I have positioned everything and before it is stuck down. Often when you have a card like this you put all the pieces where you want but in order to stick them down you have remove a lot of or even all of the elements and then you forget where you wanted things.
After all these pieces where stuck it just needed a little something extra so I took a couple of mini toppers with some flowers on and then I fussy cut around the flowers, curved them with my bone folder and then stuck them to the card using my Pinflair Glue Gel to keep that shape I had created. And there it is my Hunkydory Vintage Chic Bicycle Card :-
So I hope you like this card and as always I would love to hear from you. But for now hugs and have a great craft day,
