Hiya, today I have a card that I made using the cutest image from East Wind called Baby Aurora. I coloured her using my Copic markers and then made her into a gorgeous shabby chic style card.

I really like East Wind images and this one is a little different for them in that it’s going down the cute route rather than the more edgy style that you normally expect. This one is called Baby Aurora and I printed her on to the Copic Xpress It card then coloured her using my Copic markers: –

Once I completed colouring the image I  hunted around to find some papers to match the drawing. I always seem to get back front and do the colouring and then worry about whether I have anything to match it! LOL! At this time I was lucky and I found this gorgeous collection by Teresa Collins. It matched perfectly and this was what determined my shabby chic look.

The card itself is 6″ x 6″ and the elements on it such as the image etc were not any specific sizes I just cut them to what works on the card but I would imagine that the image with its layers is approximately 3 inches to 3 1/2 inches Square. So here is my completed East Wind Baby Aurora Shabby Chic Card : –

So hope that you like my East Wind Baby Aurora Shabby Chic Card I personally think it turned out so pretty and I’m really pleased with the finished look. So for now hugs and have a great craft day,
