Hiya, well today I have for you a Simon Says Stamp April Kit Acetate Card . A really fun card made using the Simon Says Stamp April kit and a piece of Hunkydory Acetate for the card base.
So for todays card I took a piece of Hunkydory heavyweight acetate to create an A5 card base. Then using the card from the kit I created various layers that I matted at different levels and sides of the acetate to create an interesting mat and layer effect.
I used the stamps to stamp and emboss my sentiment on the card
Next I stamped & embossed the candles on the heat resistant acetate on the front.
I used the wash tape to hide the legs of the brads that I used to add the heat resistant acetate to the front of the card and that then added a further mat and layer to it.
I think it ended up looking really interesting and I think it was a little deceiving as to where all the layers really were.
