Hi everyone, Today I have a fabulously summery card for you. I coloured this last year but then before I got to edit the video it was no longer summer and somehow it really seemed it had to be a very hot day to watch the video on this card lol! Anyway todays ‘Saturated Canary Surfer Girls ‘ is a card made from combining two Saturated Canary images and a camper van I purchased from Etsy Lily Pink Scraps

I put the final digi together on adobe photoshop and you will see exactly how I did that on the video. I then coloured the image using the Copics below:-

So here is the video showing exactly how the image was arranged and then put together. This is not a colouring video ðŸ™‚ And just as an aside you might notice that the Martha Stewart punch was the same one I used the other day for my spots n dots card. As I said above this SC card was done a year ago and I only realised I had used the same punch when I was editing the video today – a week after I had made the Dotty card. Isn’t funny how these things happen sometimes – have you got any fun crafty coincidences you could share?

And to finish here are some photos to show you the finished card,

So I hope you liked the card, I think it is one of my favourites. Have you ever combined images together like that to create a bigger picture? I would love to see and hear about it 🙂

And finally I would like to enter this card into the following challenge:

  1. FABULOUS tutorial! Thanks for sharing your creative process! It’s so informative and creative! LOVE your coloring and white embossing, too! Thanks so much for playing Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

  2. The card is gorgeous! Reminds me of High School in the 60’s with the Beach Boys playing in the background. Such fun!! What program did you use to combine the images? I had to laugh when you pulled out the Prima-Julie Nutting-Mixed Media-Background Stamp since I just bought that last week…lol I picked up another you would really like Prima-Ingvild Bolme-Mixed Media-Border stamps, the saying is “she looked oh so French…oui, oui” and the borders are tassels, ruffles, flowers and bows. We like a lot of the same things so I know you will want that one too. The composition, design and coloring are so beautiful on your card. I just love it! My birthday just happens to be coming up…wink…wink!

    • I had no idea it was that stamp so as usual I bow to your knowledge as you are so fab at knowing all these products lol! We definitely have the same taste that is why we get on so well 🙂
