Hiya, today I have for you another personal card that I made for my mum. This one was made when having just celebrated her five years all clear from her first cancer we found out that she had got it back ( I am pleased to say that the treatment for the second cancer has so far proved successful and she has had an all clear but she will need to keep being checked every six weeks for quite some time yet). Anyway this card was made for her using both the Silhouette print and cut feature and the stunning Saturated Canary Digi stamps.

For all the details of the products used then pop to the bottom of this post and it will all be listed down there for you. But first I have the video showing you the making of this card, it was not a colouring video so the images are already coloured but I do explain some of the silhouette stuff and also refer to some of the videos which I will pop below the photos that are on this post so I hope you enjoy my Silhouette Saturated Canary Armour of God Card video:-

Now here is all the photographs of our Silhouette Saturated Canary Armour of God Card starting with a list of the colours used on the stamped images and pictures of the two girls before they were cut out on the Silhouette:

Well I hope you’ve enjoyed the video and that you liked the card I personally absolutely adore these two images and really liked how I ended up colouring the girls and how I put the card together. I know that probably sounds a little big headed but sometimes you just have to enjoy what you’ve achieved and I really did with this card, it was important to me to get it just right. But more importantly my mum absolutely loves it and has it up all the time. But for now hugs and have a great craft day,

  1. Oh Amanda, I’m sorry to hear about your mother. Poor lady. It’s good the treatment is working and I really hope that the cancer will stay out of her system for good this time!
Your card is very beautiful and I love how you coloured the images. Thank you very much for making a list of the colours used. This is really helpful! Thanks to you now I can really see the difference between the ice greys and cool greys. 🙂
    Have a great day!
    Hugs! xx
