Hiya, today I have for you a gorgeous stamped card featuring the lovely Altenew Build a Stamp Triumph Tulip Set. Not very Chrsitmassy I know but I figured if by now you haven’t done your Christmas cards then you are already in trouble and any video I do here would be too late 😬 But if you do need something for Christmas then check out my category section on the left here and you will find a whole section on it in the drop down menu.

Anyway back to today now I have to say I do love Altenew stamps and the way they build up the picture so cleverly with the layers of the stamp. But I also do realise that even for experienced crafters this system can sometimes be intimidating, so with most of my Altenew videos (also you will find a load more in the category menu or video library if you want more Altenew videos) I try to show in reasonable detail each layer step by step so you can see how it builds together. I know I could do this just on one video and then never show it again, however I think that each Altenew stamp set is so unique that there is benefit in showing that step by step each time, I hope you agree.

Anyway here is todays video for you which also will show you what to do when things don’t go quite according to plan and how usually you don’t need to scrap the whole card but just be a bit inventive to get around the issue. Quite often I find it ends up a better version than what you had had planned in the first place – such is life lol!

So here is Altenew Build a Stamp Triumph Tulip Birthday Card – Step By Step video:-

So as always here are the photos of the finished project for you, and as always don’t forget to click on the image to get the full size photo, option for super sized and auto playthrough:-

Now as you saw in the video this is the last video for this year and before my annual video break. I will be busy working behind the scenes and already have plans for videos for next year starting 28th January 2022.

So that is it for today, I hope you enjoyed and as always I would love you to leave me a comment as I always love to hear from you.

But for now, thanks for watching and I look forward to seeing you again next week, hugs and have a great craft day,

  1. The tulip card is lovely. I was interested in the glue you used, the one from Hunkydory. I can’t be shipped to the US so was wondering if you knew of a similar one that we can get here. I usually use white glue but have had sequins come off of cards as I am putting the card in an envelope to mail. So now I wonder if the sequins actually make it to their destination intact!

    • I think I answered this directly but just in case this glue is available from create and craft in the US 🙂
