Hiya,, so today I have for you week 3 in my Background Techniques mini series. Overall there will be 4 weeks for completion of the series and each week we take a look at a different medium that can be used to make great backgrounds for our cards.
So for this third week of the mini series we will be focused on making backgrounds using Pixie Powders by Comic Shimmer, however there are lots of companies making similar products under different names.
