Hiya, Today I have another make it now project for the Cricut Explore, I am really enjoying these make it now projects. I know in some ways they might be a little bit of a cheat but the cards and projects available are still just elements that need to be cut and crafted in order to make the card or project. This particular one is one that I came across shortly after I got my Cricut Explore and I was having a little look through design space, I saw this card and just thought it was so stunning and then I find out it’s in Anna Griffin and it all made sense! I am always drawn it seemed to Anna Griffin’s work!
So I have a video showing you exactly how I made this card and also a look at how the design space works for the make it now projects. So here is the video of our Cricut Explore Anna Griffin Make It Now Butterfly Card :-
Now you can see how easy this card was to make, and yet by picking the right papers how gorgeous it looks. I’m afraid I couldn’t resist and made a second one in completely different papers and colours, and I have the photographs here as well for you to see. Isn’t it amazing just how different it makes the card look when you change the colour of the colour or paper design.

A beautiful Anna card and it looks so pretty too. I agree I think the glue that you use that is transparent is better than those white things that show. I don’t want people to see the mechanics of my cards. I hate when they show. It needs to be hidden. Love the papers and it is so important with cards. The right papers can make or break a card. I thought I would use them to make the point really, cos I have been asked loads why I use the glue gel and I figured this answered that question without me saying that much really 🙂 Glad you liked them 🙂
Just beautiful. You know how I love Anna Griffin papers. She’s coming to HSN January 21st…I took the day off so I can watch and buy and not “stalk” her. Now I have to get out my Explore and try this! Thanks so much for sharing:)
